The Firm

In the heart of Columbus, Ohio, you will find a firm of experienced lawyers working hard to provide each client with dedicated legal representation.

Kagay, Albert, Diehl, Acklin & Groeber was founded in 1937 by Edmund M. Kagay.  Robert (Bob) H. Albert, Sr., joined the firm in 1961 upon acquiring his law degree.  With the addition of William (Bill) Diehl, who joined the firm in 1966 (retired as of 2007), the firm created a bond and earned the trust of some of the most influential citizens and businesses of Central Ohio.

The firm continued its growth through the addition of talented and hard working attorneys.  John A. Groeber joined the firm in 1993 upon graduating from The Ohio State Moritz College of Law after his tenure with the accounting firm, Coopers and Lybrand. Kristina L. Boynton Acklin joined in 2002 bringing her six years of experience as in-house counsel for a real estate development company.
